入樽回收箱 EcoHoops

這件作品名為「入樽回收箱」。我們使用膠樽作爲主要材料去創作一個膠樽回收箱。而除了回收箱的基本功能，我們亦加入了一個類似籃球架的設計，令到回收的過程中有更多趣味。

我們創作這件作品的原因是原本的回收箱比較簡單，難以被人察覺，令到回收的效果一般。我們希望可以創造一個新的回收箱來改善這個情況。

這件作品的特色是以膠樽作為主要功能製造，令到它「回收膠樽」這個目的十分有辨識度。另外，在回收箱上的籃球架設計也能夠令到回收增添趣味。

創作這件作品令我們覺得膠樽設計很有特色。例如，在割開後膠樽後無需膠水已經可以重新組合，膠樽的這個巧妙設計也令到我們可以將回收箱的籃球架設計得模組化，能夠隨時拆卸。我們也希望這件作品可以吸引人留意手上的膠樽，在丟棄之前可以想想會不會有其他用途，更多去回收。

This work is titled "EcoHoops". We used plastic bottles as the main material to create a plastic bottle recycling bin. In addition to the basic function of a recycling bin, we also added a design resembling a basketball hoop, making the recycling process more fun.

The reason we created this work is that original recycling bins are relatively simple, making them difficult to notice, resulting in generally ineffective recycling. We hoped to create a new recycling bin to improve this situation.  

The special feature of this work is that it is made primarily from plastic bottles, making its purpose of "recycling plastic bottles" highly identifiable. Additionally, the basketball hoop design on the recycling bin adds fun to the recycling process.

Creating this work made us realize that plastic bottle designs are quite unique. For example, after cutting open a plastic bottle, it can be reassembled without glue. This ingenious design of plastic bottles also allowed us to make the basketball hoop on the recycling bin modular, allowing it to be easily disassembled. We also hope this work can attract people's attention to the plastic bottles in their hands, and make them think about whether there are other uses before discarding them, encouraging more recycling.
